Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 04/03/2026

Last Updated: 04/03/2026

Welcome to the website of A Rich Home Studio (“A Rich Home Studio,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, inquiries, consultations, and design-related services, including but not limited to interior design, exterior design, renovation consulting, remote design, sourcing, styling, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using this website, submitting an inquiry, scheduling a consultation, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or Services.

1. Use of the Website

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

- use the website in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;

- interfere with or disrupt the security or operation of the website;

- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, server, accounts, or networks;

- copy, scrape, reproduce, distribute, or exploit website content without our prior written consent;

- submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through forms or communications;

- use the website in a way that could damage our reputation or impair the experience of other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the website at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.

2. Services

A Rich Home Studio provides design-related services that may include, depending on the engagement:

- full-service interior and exterior design;

- kitchen, bath, and outdoor living design;

- pre-construction and renovation consultation;

- room refresh and remote design direction;

- concept development, mood boards, space planning, sourcing, styling, and related design support.

All Services are subject to availability, project fit, scheduling, scope, and a separate written proposal, agreement, or invoice where applicable.

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to provide Services. Website descriptions are for general informational purposes only and may be changed at any time.

3. Consultations, Inquiries, and No Guarantee of Engagement

Submitting an inquiry or scheduling a consultation does not create a client relationship and does not guarantee that we will accept your project.

We reserve the right to decline projects for any lawful reason, including lack of availability, project scope, timing, budget mismatch, location constraints, or fit with our studio practice.

Any estimates, timelines, starting prices, service descriptions, or examples shown on the website are informational only and may vary based on the actual needs of the project.

4. Project Agreements Control

If you engage us for Services, the specific terms of that engagement may be set out in a separate written agreement, proposal, statement of work, design agreement, invoice, or similar project document (collectively, a “Project Agreement”).

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a Project Agreement, the Project Agreement will control with respect to that specific project.

5. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

Consultation fees, design fees, retainers, procurement fees, hourly fees, and other charges, if applicable, will be disclosed separately in a proposal, invoice, or Project Agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

- fees are due according to the payment terms provided to you;

- deposits and retainers may be non-refundable once work has been scheduled or begun;

- late payments may delay work, deliverables, purchasing, or project scheduling;

- you are responsible for applicable taxes, shipping costs, vendor charges, and third-party costs related to your project.

Because design work is customized and time-based, refunds are not guaranteed and will be governed by the applicable Project Agreement or, if none exists, by our written policies communicated at the time of purchase.

6. Client Responsibilities

If you engage our Services, you agree to provide timely, accurate, and complete information reasonably necessary for us to perform the work. This may include measurements, photographs, plans, budgets, timelines, access information, existing conditions, and decision-making feedback.

You acknowledge that delays in communication, approvals, site readiness, contractor coordination, or required information may affect timing, sourcing, pricing, and deliverables.

You are responsible for reviewing all recommendations, specifications, selections, drawings, shopping lists, and similar materials before implementation or purchase.

7. Design Recommendations and Third-Party Vendors

Our Services may include recommendations regarding furniture, materials, fixtures, finishes, appliances, art, décor, contractors, installers, fabricators, or other third-party goods or services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement:

- we do not manufacture third-party products;

- we do not control third-party vendors, contractors, or installers;

- we are not responsible for third-party pricing changes, delays, discontinuations, shortages, shipping issues, installation errors, workmanship, or warranty claims;

- you are responsible for entering into and reviewing your own agreements with third-party vendors or contractors.

Any product dimensions, finish samples, renderings, visual mockups, inspiration boards, or material suggestions are provided as planning tools and may differ from final real-world results.

8. No Architectural, Engineering, or Legal Advice

Unless expressly stated in writing and permitted by law, A Rich Home Studio does not provide licensed architectural, engineering, structural, legal, tax, or building code compliance services.

You are responsible for obtaining advice and approvals from appropriate licensed professionals, contractors, consultants, or authorities where required for your project, including permits, code compliance, structural review, and construction documentation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, branding, logos, graphics, images, layouts, design elements, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to A Rich Home Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, copy, republish, modify, distribute, display, transmit, create derivative works from, or exploit any website content without our prior written permission.

10. Deliverables and Limited License

Any concepts, mood boards, design plans, drawings, source lists, specifications, presentations, renderings, shopping lists, or other deliverables we provide remain our intellectual property unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Upon full payment of applicable fees, we may grant you a limited license to use final deliverables for your personal, internal, or project-specific use only. You may not resell, reuse for other properties, publish commercially, or share them with third parties beyond what is reasonably necessary to implement your project, unless we consent in writing.

11. User Submissions

If you send us photos, measurements, floor plans, inspiration materials, reviews, comments, testimonials, or other content (“Submissions”), you represent that:

- you own or have the right to share that content;

- the content does not violate any law or third-party right;

- the content is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, store, and process your Submissions as reasonably necessary to review inquiries, provide Services, communicate with you, and operate our business.

If we wish to use project photos, testimonials, or identifiable project materials for marketing, portfolio, editorial, or social media purposes, we may do so only to the extent permitted by the applicable Project Agreement, your consent, or applicable law.

12. Testimonials and Portfolio Use

Any testimonials, case studies, or project examples displayed on the website are provided for illustrative purposes only. Individual results, timelines, budgets, and design outcomes will vary.

We reserve the right to describe our work and display non-confidential project materials in our portfolio, website, presentations, and marketing materials, subject to any confidentiality obligations agreed in writing.

13. Privacy

Your use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which describe how we collect, use, and disclose information.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
